These terms govern your access to and use of RealBytes. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
By accessing or using RealBytes you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
RealBytes is an intelligent workspace for websites, leads, content and page views. Available features may change as we improve the product.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, harmful or deceptive activity; no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the platform; and no use that violates the rights of others.
You keep ownership of the content and data you bring to or create in RealBytes. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display it so we can provide the service to you.
We own the platform itself, including its software, design and trademarks.
RealBytes integrates with third-party services such as email and hosting providers. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party's own terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may retain or delete data as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
